Gordon Ramsay appeared on the Ellen Degeneres Show on Tuesday 24th Feb and as he relayed via his Twitter account (@gordonramsay01) gave himself quite a nasty cut while demonstrating his Spicy Vegetable Stir Fry. In his Tweet Gordon said “Wow while on @TheEllenShow I sliced my finger and nail chopping an onion. haven’t done that in 10 years”.
I found it strange that Gordon Ramsay spoke to The News of The World (since they spend most of their time trashing him) and also that they said Gordon was the father of three in the intro and then listed the names of his four kids halfway through!
Highlight of the interview were the insight into Gordon Ramsay’s new cookbook from the latest season of the F Word, called Gordon Ramsay’s World Kitchen. Gordon said that the series and the book was all about “was getting really good ethnic food, fantastic Indian recipes, Chinese and Thai recipes, fantastic French food and putting these ideas together… Fantastic curries, fantastic Pad Thai, great Chinese food, simple French cooking and then the modern British aspect.”

Gordon Ramsay appeared on the Jimmy Kimmel show last night but I am yet to be able to find the entire interview. All that is available is a three and a half minute clip, where Gordon Ramsay talks about eating puffins and tastes a Jimmy Kimmel prepared dish – with a surprising result!
