Now you can buy a cookbook containing some of Gordon Ramsay’s Recipes and help cure cancer – all for just a fiver (English pounds that is)!

Gordon Ramsay is one of the contributors for a new cook book called Around the World in 60 dishes. The book has been organised by a Private Health Insurance Company –Bupa- and profits will go split between several UK institutions; Cancer Research UK, The Royal Marsden Hospital in London and Sutton as well as Christie Hospital in Manchester .

The book is available from the Bupa Store and contains recipe several other well known chefs, including Simon Rimmer, Tim Lovejoy, Delia Smith, Andrew Nutter, Paul Heathcote, Brian Turner and Michael Caines – http://shop.bupa.co.uk/around_the_world_in_sixty_dishes-p11958.html

They will post the book anywhere on the planet – I’m sure with the current exchange rate, it will cost about a thousand bucks Aussie, but hey – it is for a good cause.
