Not long to go now, so let’s meet the first half of the girls team! I wonder if these wanna-be Gordon Ramsay apprentices will be as humble on the show as they all appear in these videos! So let’s get started with;

Autumn Lewis is a 29 year old Personal Chef, North Hollywood, CA originally from Chicago, IL.

We can only assume that she is a woman of few words, since no bio appears on the Fox website! But interestingly was suggested by a friend in th business to audition, much to her boss’ disliking!

Fran Klier is a 44 year old Catering Chef originally from and stilling residing in Rockville Centre, NY

The first dish Fran says that she mastered is a orchiette pasta, crumbled sausage and fresh spinach with caramelized garlic and touch of parmesan cheese. The signature dish for Fran would be one of a constantly changing list that includes grilled, stuffed flank steak with a mesclun salad with caramelized pears. Her first cooking inspiration, remains her inspiration to this day and is her father, who is also a professional chef!

Holli Ugalde is a beautiful 24 year old Banquet Chef, born, raised and still in San Bernardino, CA and had a hard time beleiving that she was even selected.

Holli’s first kitchen job was while I was learning the trade culinary school in a friend’s catering company. Her story of triumph from the kitchen was convincing three guests at a party she was catering to help her in the kitchen when two colleagues failed to show up for work. She says that she got a great tip and a few dates from her inpromptu fireman apprentice! Holli plays the mum card when asked who her first cooking inspiration was, along with Julia Child.

Jamie Bisoulis is a 26 year old Sous Chef born and bred in Chicago, IL.

Jamie’s first kitchen job was as a Dishwasher and lists Meatloaf as her first ‘mastered’ dish. Although her signature dish is a Hell’s Kitchen favourite – risotto, more specifically an Arborio rice pudding and red wine risotto. Like so many before her, Jamie’s mum was her first cooking inspiration who’s response to critics os “If this dish sucks, there’s Domino’s on speed dial.”
