For those Hell’s Kitchen fans, just came across this article on Rock (series three winner) and what he is doing at the moment. I must admit I mis-read the story, thinking that he is actually serving nuggets on a restaurant campus! I didn’t know that Rock was so well educated. I’m glad to hear that he is doing so well, when I was in Vegas a few years ago a went to Green Valley Ranch and was told that he wasn’t in the restaurant anymore and that he’d moved into customer service or something.

Here’s what Rock says about Gordon – “He’s a hard ass and that’s an understatement.”

Here’s Gordon and Rock -

“Rock deserved to win Hell’s Kitchen,”  “He’s a very confident cook, and he has become a very good leader. He can motivate staff, he can create. All those qualities are not easy to find in one, Chef Rock has all of them”
